 The Rosales Law firm began in 2000 when Marc and Joe Rosales decided to take their multiple years of experience as aggressive and experienced trial lawyers and practice law together. Joe Rosales graduated from the University of Texas – El Paso in 1990 and received a J.D. from St. Mary’s University of San Antonio in 1994. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1994 and in 1998 was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas. In 2000, Joe and his brother Marc joined forces and started their own practice. As a former Assistant District Attorney, and Felony Prosecutor, he is a seasoned trial attorney. Joe Rosales is well regarded in El Paso, Texas as a skilled, bilingual (English & Spanish) advocate who works hard for his clients. His services are often solicited by people in other cities and other states. He has been recognized for his skills as an attorney and businessman by the Manchester Who's Who registry of executives and professionals as a lifetime member. Marc Rosales is a 1993 graduate of the University of Texas - El Paso. He received a J.D. in 1996 from the University of Texas at Austin and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1996. In 2000, he teamed up with his brother and the two became partners and started the Rosales Law Firm. He is also a former Assistant District Attorney with a wealth of jury trial experience. A member of the Mexican- American Bar association, the El Paso Bar Association, the Texas bar, he is regarded in El Paso, Texas as one of the premier criminal defense lawyers.
